City Heights Connects Everyone to Local Outdoor Adventure

City Heights is a project that celebrates Cle Elum’s unique spirit, identity and way of life. It embraces the town’s love of nature, and unique relationship with the Great Outdoors. As such, it’s been designed to connect residents, locals and visitors to the area to outdoor-recreational adventure.  And City Heights is committed to exploring every possible opportunity make our amenity-rich master plan even better for residents and neighbors.

A Host of Public Amenities Create a One-of-a-Kind Recreational Experience

At least three new public-access parks will be created at City Heights, as well as an onsite public trail network. And City Heights will provide much-needed public access for biking and hiking from Cle Elum to the Teanaway – something this community has dreamed of for decades. The development will also include a stunning, sustainably designed Outfitter Building open to the public that will serve as the hub to Red Rock Park. There, residents and visitors will be able to rent and store bikes, access generous on-site parking, and enjoy an outdoor events area, a covered and heated patio, picnic shelters, bocce ball and horseshoe areas, a climbing wall and a bridge that safely connects pedestrians over Summit View Drive to Red Rock Park.
