Coal Trax Grand Reopening
Thursday | October 12, 2023
Coal Trax Bike and Skills Park has officially reopened, and to celebrate, we invited the community and riders of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the new jumps and pump track.
It was a huge success as families, outdoor supporters, and community VIPs, including Mayoral Candidate and Councilmember Matthew Lundh, County Commissioner Laura Osiadacz, and Rat Pac trail founder Mike Kidder, joined us in a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a mountain bike demonstration by the Cle Elum Pac Rats.
We thank our Outdoor Advisory Group friends and trail builders Jeff Newman, John DeWitt, Stephen Malek, Scott Gray, and Glenn Burkhart. We also thank our supporters Beth Marker, Nicky Pasi, and others who have attended this and past events.
We are thankful to all the Pac Rat members and kids of all ages for demonstrating the Coal Trax features and sharing their love for biking with the community.
More improvements for Coal Trax to come. Stay tuned through our website, and for questions, please visit our contact form.
