We have broken ground on Phase 1 as of April 5

As you may already know, the City of Cle Elum recently approved the Phase One construction activities at City Heights. We have broken ground on this diverse mixed-use community, starting with extending off-site utilities, including a new high-capacity sewer line along 6th Avenue and Reed St.
This construction project will require us to remove parts of the streets and install underground utilities, before repaving those areas of the road. Please know that we are committed to completing this project as quickly as possible, with minimal disruption, by end of summer.
Also, construction may not be continuous throughout the summer months based on our current schedule. We apologize, in advance, to you and your neighbors for any traffic delays, construction noise, and other inconveniences.
